Great location, very friendly and helpful host. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The owner and his family were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. They even invited us for a delicious dinner one evening. The hotel is centrally located in a lively area, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding attractions. The rooms offer stunning views of the town and mountains. The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. The rooftop area was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The WiFi connection was reliable. we had a pleasant stay at Hostel The Billabong Garden and would highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Pokhara. The staff, especially Govinda, went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. They were very helpful with trekking information and even helped me book buses. The rooms were clean and had spacious bathrooms, which was a nice touch. The hotel's central location was perfect, as it was both convenient and peaceful. I also appreciated the free gear storage when I went trekking. this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for anything more.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly during our 5-day stay. They assisted us in planning our activities and even cooked us dinner. The location was excellent, offering stunning views of the surrounding area and easy access to transportation. We particularly enjoyed the universal power plug next to our beds, which made charging our devices hassle-free.
The breakfast offered was a little light for those with bigger appetites. the lack of a common area made it difficult to meet other travelers.

The hotel was perfectly located near to the major tourist attractions within the area. the lakeside offered an exciting ambiance and was well-equipped with all basic amenities necessary for tourists. the room was spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities provided. the breakfast facility was satisfactory, providing a basic and healthy diet to tourists.
The hotel had a poor rating for a reason – the staff was unhelpful, and the hotel lacked basic hygiene standards, with rooms full of insects, including mosquitos and cockroaches.

We loved staying at this budget hotel located in the city center of Lakeside. The hotel facilities were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The staff is super cooperative and helpful; they helped us organize our trekking plans and booked our porter. Moreover, the location is perfect as it's located just off the main street and barely a few minutes' walk from the nearby cafes, restaurants, and the lake. The breakfast provided was simple but fulfilling. We enjoyed our stay here.
Nothing, all great.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. the value for money is outstanding. The prices are very reasonable and you get so much more than you pay for. Secondly, the attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. From the friendly and attentive staff to the basic amenities provided, everything was well thought out. Additionally, the location in Lake Side is perfect. It's close enough to all the attractions, yet peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. The rooms are spacious, with a nice little balcony to enjoy the views. The breakfast included was simple but satisfying, with eggs and toast.

I got great value for my money at The Billabong Garden. The room was comfortable, with no bunk beds, and I enjoyed a nice hot shower in the morning sun. The location was perfect, close to the main street and lakeside bars.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better at The Billabong Garden was if it had a wider time range, as it was only available between 7 and 9am.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Pokhara and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel is located in a great area, close to Lake Side but still quiet at night. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean, with the added bonus of a small balcony. One highlight was the included breakfast, which was simple but delicious. this hotel offered a great experience at a very affordable price.
The hotel was perfect, no improvements needed.

I really enjoyed my Christmas stay at this budget hostel! the staff were super helpful with local advice and recommendations, and even offered complementary hot drinks and snacks in the common room. the location was just perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, with easy access to the lake and mountain hikes.
There were a few downsides as well. the room I stayed in was a bit stuffy and warm, since there was only a fan and no air conditioning.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the spacious dorm room with its attached bathroom and hot shower. It was such a relief to have a comfortable bed and a clean room to come back to after a long day of exploring. the best part was definitely the breathtaking view of the fish tail peak from the balcony on the top floor. It was a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of Pokhara.
There were a couple of aspects that could have been better. there was no filtered water available, so I had to rely on bottled water from the nearby shops.
